    15-minute Conversation

    This gives you the opportunity to briefly share what you are currently struggling with in life, what you are looking and hoping to gain while in therapy, and any questions that you may have about therapy. This will allow me to determine if my skillset and experience will be valuable to you and your needs. If not, I will be happy to provide you with a referral for another therapist.

  • Intake Session

    Available for in-person or telehealth.

    Prior to your intake session, you will be emailed paperwork to complete. During the intake session I will gather detailed information including: the reason for seeking therapy, the history of the presenting problems, and background information.

    We will address what you are hoping to accomplish throughout the counseling process. This is also the time for us to work together to create a schedule moving forward. At the end of our session, you will be given the chance to ask any further questions that you might have and address any concerns related to the therapeutic process. After this visit, I will curate a unique and individualized treatment plan for you.

  • Therapy Sessions

    Available for in person or telehealth.

    I start my clients on a weekly schedule and once they show progress during therapy, we then move sessions to every other week. One of the most important steps is building and maintaining rapport and trust throughout the therapeutic process. We will identify and set individualized goals, implement interventions, and keep track of progress that is being made as we continue our therapy sessions.
